What is your return policy?

Refund or exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. We can't refund your postage costs. We will only issue a refund if the item is faulty or the wrong size is sent out.

How and Where are the products made?

All the designs are printed with a DTF (Transfer) printer technology on to commercial blanks and they are printed in Prague, Czech Republic.

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship all the products from Prague, Czech Republic.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to almost every country and we use DHL Express and our post office service for all orders.
